The Greater Edmonton Area saw a 40% sales increase in February with 1,606 sales and 3,020 new listings, raising active listings to 5,462. The average selling price rose 1.5% year-over-year to $454,801. Single-family home prices dropped 1.1%, while semi-detached and row/townhomes prices increased. Apartment condo prices fell 6% from January and 1.4% year-over-year despite higher sales and listings.
