This property type is seeing the largest price increase in Edmonton

Edmonton's real estate market shows cooling trends with a 7.8% drop in sales and a 0.1% rise in new listings month-over-month. Inventory increased 25.6% year-over-year due to 16.3% more listings and 2.9% fewer sales. Row/townhouses saw the largest price rise at 4.5%, averaging $296,000, while detached homes rose 0.3% to $540,000. Apartment sales days decreased slightly.
